Kristy and I had a ball touring her wedding site at a gorgeous golf course in North Scottsdale. Can't wait for the wedding in June!
A yummy quinoa veggie burger with Israeli couscous with chopped pistachios on top. I still have leftovers for my lunch at Texas Rangers practice.

Neat to see some pictures of sunny Arizona...my mom LOVED visiting Scottsdale when I was down south for college...she was actually kind of sad I moved back to WA because she missed her trips to Scottsdale. Love ya! P.S. Sounds like a very yummy lunch! :)
