Happy Birthday, Emma!

From 5 pounds when we brought you home to 5. Wow, how does this happen? When I dropped her off at Pre-K today and wished her "Happy Birthday" once more, she said, "Shoo, shoo, you're a fly."

I was thrilled to poke through my three potato buckets today and find these! More to come.

And now to harvest some of the rain water that's expected for using on the garden in a drought.

Special weekend with friends and family

It was very special to have some time with Rachel just the two of us.
