Hi Joe, the hamburger-shaped cupcake is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Josh picked these up at my favorite bakery but he did make banana-chocolate-dried cherry bread that tasted like homemade cake plus the dinner I asked for of slow-cooked lentils over brown rice with beets-cauliflower side with greek yogurt sauce. :-)
