We had lots of fun hiking in the Oakland Hills today and there were SOOOO many juicy huckleberries thanks to our unseasonably cool summer. Mom only wishes she'd known beforehand and would have brought a pail. A big pocket on her stretchy black shorts did the trick to bring quite a few home anyway.

Looks like a really fun hike. It's always so cute how Emma loves to wave when she's in the backpack! You'll have to go again and bring a container for the berries next time!
So nice to see you girls reunited! I'm sure you are really happy to have Josh and Emma home!
