How come Emma and Suzie don't even look winded on this hot day? (And Suzie ran 13 miles!!)

We have decided we have no excuse for NOT running this race each year given the name and the fact the starting line is five minutes from our house! Emma and I cut off almost a minute from our 2009 time, finishing the 5K in 26:33 (17th overall woman out of 1,094 runners, 2nd stroller to cross and 4th in the 30-34 age group). Suzie was 7th overall in the half-marathon in 1:36!! :-) ... Also impressive, the overall winner of the 5K was the No. 1 stroller finisher!

Awesome, Janie! I can't wait til this is me out there...this inspires me. I have the double BOB all ready :)
Go hot mamas! Great to have a stroller-friendly race so close to home!

Congrats on the great finish!
Wow Jane! Fourth in your age group and improving a minute on your time from last year is very impressive! Suzie's time in the half marathon would actually qualify her for NAIA Nationals! Does she have an eligiblity left? :)
Whoa! We are very impressed! I'm contemplating starting a stroller strides class - must get in shape...now I'm inspired!
That is SO great! Running with stroller is not easy, and then to do so well! Way to go ladies!!!
