Park fun

We had a fun visit with Uncle Jesse and Aunt Jenny. Mom put me in the swing for the first time. ... My 4-month measurements: 12 lb., 5 oz. (30th percentile), 24 1/4 in. (60th percentile).

My first 5K

Mom and I ran a 5K race this morning and it was fun! I beat her because she was pushing me. We were the second stroller overall, finishing 80th overall out of 750 in 27:30. Mom is sore now.

Mom's dear friend Nancy brought me back a snazzy wetsuit from Hawaii and I was so excited to try it on. Now I'm ready to conquer the chilly waters of Lake Chelan next month! YAY! Thanks, Auntie Nance. Oh, and I have my cool fishing pole from Uncle Evan, too. :-)

Mom went back to work for Mets-Giants this weekend and Dad and I hung out. Thanks to this summery outfit from Ellie and Hadley, I stayed comfortable in the heat. Team Juchem is very special!

Meeting Mary

I had a great time showing Mary, my mom's longtime friend and tennis partner, some of our favorite spots during her visit and doing some long walks on the beach and at the reservoir. Thanks for coming, Mary! We miss you!

Mother's Day fun in the sun!

What a fun weekend at Uncle Jim's in Modesto with Katie, Kyle and Rocco. We loved the pool! I had a scary trip home when we were stopped for an accident a mile from our freeway exit and got rearended hard. I was checked out at the Children's ER and all is well but I've been clinging to my parents since then.
