Friday night dance party

Happy rainy Wednesday!

Emma's last day of first soccer class

Suzie's sweet baby, Claire

So special to meet Suzie's sweet baby, Claire, a few hours after she was born Monday morning.

Veteran's Day tribute and appreciation

GRANDPA GORDON

Here he is on the far right, then below on the far left.

(And thank you to Holly and Adam for their service).

New planter box

An elderly couple in Alameda were selling this beautiful teak planter box and I snatched it up off a parent swap Web site for $75 (It's very heavy and Josh and I barely were able to handle it, though it is on wheels). Might need some staining but I can't wait to see how my veggies do. The Swiss chard and mustard greens are hoping to rebound from a rough start in their new home.

Emma's press box

Emma just spent the last half-hour coloring, cutting and gluing her very own "press box" with my seat, computers on tables and even a couple of broken chairs. Pretty sweet!
