Well-loved "rainbow sweater"
I bought this sweater for Emma years ago (it's a 2T) and she wore it nearly every day until quite recently. Lily put it on after Emma went to school, and told me she thought her sister would be mad. It's time for this sweater to be passed on to little sister, who will outgrow it soon.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Sisters in the spirit
I always wear this hat my Dad and I got at Old Bushmills whiskey distillery in Ireland, and today I had on his dog tags, green tights, a family scarf, energy beads from Mary. I do love St. Patrick's Day.
My new hobby thanks to Mary! Homemade bath fizzers are SO easy and fun to make.

Tomatoes growing nicely in their cages
Tomatoes in their cages!
Chard, two tomato plants and snap peas growing well
All the tomato plants, some looking better than others. Starting from seed in January is an experiment. Crossing my fingers!

Most special story of my career

The photos and video will warm your heart. I've been patiently waiting seven years for this coach to bring her child home since the moment she first mentioned it to me in May 2008, and have kept in touch throughout to finally tell this. You will fall in love with this little girl, and her mother's love faith, courage, and the community that embraced her to make it all possible.
