My colleague and pal, Eric Risberg, snapped these on the street in San Francisco the other day after the game -- and after one mojito I was feeling very good. :-) It was in the mid-90s last week, way TOO HOT for May!

Cousins and sisters!

Pinky held a bridal shower at her house in Gig Harbor for Katie, who's wedding is up next on June 14, followed by the birth of her baby boy in September!! YAY!! :-) Janie, Katie and Karen belong to Connie, Ann and Pinky in that order. Any family resemblance between the sisters?!

Micah's wedding!

While the bride, Amy, was gorgeous, I've never seen Rachel look prettier than she did for Micah's wedding. Her braces had just come off a couple of days before! It was a special, emotional day. In the photo with Kevin and Micah smiling up front, John Schramm on the left (John Rieke's sister's husband, and Karen's brother married Micah and Amy -- 40 years after they also married John and Karen!).
